All pitches are grass; you can choose between electric hook-up and non-electric.
There are two extensive facility blocks on-site, so you’ll never be far from one wherever you stay. Facilities include flush toilets, hot showers and private wash basins. Hair dryers and shaving plug-in points are provided. These facilities are free to use and do not require tokens. Both facility blocks have an adjoining indoor washing-up room, so gone are the days of washing your pots and pans outside in the dark and cold!
The main facilities block has an adjoining laundry room with washing machines, tumble dryers, sinks and an iron for campers. Tokens for the washing machines and tumble dryers are available from the farm shop.
With numerous water points, you’ll never be far from one wherever you are on site. All points dispense drinking water and are always readily available to use.
There are two areas for campers to dispose of grey water and lean waste near both facility blocks. There is also a drive-over point to make disposal as quick and easy as possible.
There are numerous cycling and walking routes directly from the site, and campers are granted access to the top of the Purbeck Ridgeway, where they can enjoy panoramic views of Poole Harbour and the Isle of Purbeck.
Norden is ideally situated for local transport, with two bus stops at the site entrance and the steam train to Swanage just a five-minute walk away. This makes Norden Farm the ideal base for exploring the wonderful Isle of Purbeck.
The site is within one mile of the world-famous Corfe Castle, and the ancient market town of Wareham is only 3.5 miles away. Studland Bay and the Seaside town of Swanage can be reached in 15 minutes by car.
A footpath leads from Norden Farm directly to the village of Corfe Castle. You will find four pubs, several shops, and the village bakery. Of course, you can also visit the castle ruins, now owned by the National Trust, alongside their gift shop and tea rooms.
Norden Farm is the perfect campsite for a family camping trip. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, plus animals and a play area to entertain the children. It is also ideally located to explore Corfe Castle and the beautiful countryside.
