Fimbarr’s Reach is a lovely villa house which sleeps 8 people and is situated in the heart of Fowey. Boasting local shops, restaurants and beach cove just a short stroll away. The harbourside below is a lovely spot to sit and watch the continual activity on the water. An ideal spot for any family vacation.

There are plenty of activities to keep both kids and adults entertained around Cornwall. Choose from a range of fun and exciting options such as Adrenaline Quarry, Woody’s Bike Park, Kidzworld Adventure Play, Camel Creek, Football Golf, Coasteering, Bike Trails and Cycle Hire, and of course, the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan.

For those who enjoy walking, Cornwall has hundreds of miles of fantastic walking trails. The South West Coastal Path is a massive 630-mile trail that surrounds the county. The Fowey Hall Walk is a shorter option that’s only 4 miles long. It’s a great way to get a 360-degree view of Fowey, including from the river on the Polruan and Bodinnick ferries. The Gribbin Head walk is also a fantastic option that takes visitors through the countryside, a lake, and the coastal path.

Guests who are willing to travel a bit further, can check out Carnglaze Caverns, Golitha Falls, Cornish Seal Sanctuary, St Michael’s Mount, Tintagel Castle, and Minack Theatre.

Fimbarr’s Reach is a four-storey villa house that is beautifully laid out with a spacious, lower ground floor kitchen/pantry and dining room with a separate utility area, boot room and WC. On the ground floor is a generous living room and hall, leading to the first floor with two bedrooms and shower room and a further two bedrooms and shower room on the second floor.

There’s an appealing decked courtyard at the rear which catches the sun through the day and is a great place to sit out and dine or read a book.

Fimbarr’s Reach is perfect for either a small group or families.

Within a short walking distance from Fimbarr’s Reach, visitors will find a plethora of activities to enjoy in and around the charming town of Fowey. These include sailing, shopping, dining, drinking, fishing, crabbing, strolling, and exploring the medieval and Tudor history of the town.

The town beach at Readymoney Cove is an excellent spot for children to swim and paddle as it is free from the many sailing boats that frequent the river.

For those who love water sports, Fowey is a paradise, offering kayaking, canoeing, boating, and sailing along the river stretch.
