Activities

The outdoor heated swimming pool is open from Spring Bank Holiday until mid-September, providing a perfect place to relax and soak up the sun. There is a shallow children’s paddling area at one end, and sun loungers are available on the spacious terraces for those who want to relax by the poolside.

Two hard tennis courts are open throughout the season for tennis enthusiasts. Guests can practice their swing and enjoy a game with friends and family.

There are two play areas at Polmanter. One is located in Geevor meadow and is suitable for younger children. It includes two wooden horses, a tractor, swings, a climbing frame with a slide, and a wooden V.W. camper van complete with a slide. The second play area is ideal for older children and is behind the tennis courts. It includes a zip wire, stainless steel, wooden pod structures with a slide, and an extensive trim trail.

The indoor games room has two pool tables and a table tennis table. A new cedar-wood-clad building also houses a soft play area, toddler zone, seating area, disabled suite, baby changing facility, and toilets.

A large sports field is close to the park entrance for all ball games like cricket and football and activities such as kite flying. It has two goalposts and lots of room to run around. Guests can also enjoy various activities for the whole family, including mini-golf and putting green. Rackets, balls, and clubs are available for loan from reception.

Finally, an onsite beauty spa, Escape Spa Treatment Rooms, offers holistic massage to help guests relax and unwind during their stay.
