Activities

There are plenty of activities to enjoy on the farm at Old Hall. Guests can dip in the large indoor swimming pool, heated from Easter through to the end of September each year, providing a perfect retreat for relaxation and recreation.

Two game rooms offer various options for indoor entertainment, including table tennis, a pool table, an astro turf area for sports games, and a selection of pedal/ride-on toys for younger family members.

Additionally, a nature trail has been set up for the whole family to enjoy, providing an opportunity to explore and connect with the natural beauty of the surrounding countryside. The Old Dairy, nestled in the heart of the courtyard, offers a slightly more contemporary feel while retaining its historic charm. With a modern duck-egg blue kitchen and a cosy sitting room featuring a welcoming red-brick fireplace, this barn accommodates three guests (plus one) across two bedrooms, providing a comfortable and inviting retreat.

Henry’s Barn, affectionately named after a beloved golden Labrador, boasts stunning views across the meadows and retains all of its original beamed character. With modern facilities and large patio windows leading to a private terrace, guests can fully immerse themselves in the beauty of the surroundings. Accommodating up to six guests across three bedrooms, Henry’s Barn offers a perfect blend of comfort and tranquillity for an unforgettable countryside getaway.

The local area offers a plethora of exciting attractions for visitors to explore. Africa Alive! It spans 100 acres of stunning Suffolk countryside and provides the opportunity to spot a diverse range of African and British wildlife. The park features indoor and outdoor adventure play areas, restaurants, free car parking, disabled facilities, and a gift shop, ensuring a memorable experience for the whole family.

At Easton Park, children can interact with and hold small animals in a safe environment while enjoying pony rides and participating in various events included in the ticket price.
