An Unforgettable Festive Experience for the Whole Family.

This magical adventure begins at the enchanting and cosy Westgate Museum. Families will have the opportunity to write letters to Santa and create a box to plant their very own candy cane seed, preparing to watch it grow! Next, they will make their way down Candy Cane Lane towards The Great Hall. Along the way, families will meet one of Santa’s friends, who will share the story of “The Night Before Christmas” as they walk, with each step bringing them closer to the heart of this festive experience. Upon stepping through the doors of The Great Hall, visitors will immerse themselves in the wonder of this magnificent building, rich in history and holiday cheer. Nestled within the grandeur of this iconic site, Santa awaits them in his cosy Grotto. Here, they will have the chance to meet Santa, share their Christmas wishes, and receive a special gift! Every visit to Santa’s Grotto includes a delightful present, carefully chosen by Santa for each child’s age, making this Christmas season truly unforgettable for families. While in the hall, guests can enjoy sweet treats and hot drinks, participate in festive crafts, and capture these special memories with plenty of photo opportunities.

Relaxed sessions will be on Friday 6 December in the afternoon. Please book tickets on one of the afternoon slots on this day.
