Santa Claus has been VERY busy this year, building a BRAND NEW Santa’s Grotto for 2024 with Christmas Joy. And now, it’s FINALLY time for him to welcome you at this special elf workshop for the first time EVER!
Their enchanted elves are ready to welcome you to their Christmas festivities, and then, to make your visit even more special, Santa has a treat waiting for you to take home so you’ll remember your visit with him forever. Don’t forget to tell them your families names and favourite things to do so their toy testing elves can let Santa know before you arrive!

25th, 26th, 27th, 28th, 29th of November and 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th, 13th and 16th, 17th, 18th, 19th and 20th December: £55 for entry of 3 people into the Santa’s Grotto. This is the minimum order for these dates and will apply for smaller groups. To add additional people to your group, you must purchase an additional guest ticket for £15.00 per person (applicable for all ages).
23rd, 24th and 30th November and 1st, 7th, 8th 14th, and 15th December: £70 for entry of 3 people into the Santa’s Grotto. This is the minimum order for these dates and will apply for smaller groups. To add additional people to your group, you must purchase an additional guest ticket for £17.50 per person (applicable for all ages).
21st, 22nd, 23rd and 24th December: £100 for entry of 3 people into the Santa’s Grotto. This is the minimum order for these dates and will apply for smaller groups. To add additional people to your group, you must purchase an additional guest ticket for £20 per person (applicable for all ages).
