Pull back the curtain and venture deep underground into the enchanting depths of the Caves, exploring a sparkling subterranean wonderland, complete this year with scenes from the finest pantomime favourites. Visitors will collect their Panto Passport and follow the trail illuminated by thousands of twinkling lights, passing the Gingerbread Cottage and the Giant’s castle to gather a magic coin for Snow White’s Wishing Well.

A photo opportunity awaits beside the towering Panto Christmas Tree – it’s just behind them! Then, a bell rings, and the Chief Elf will call their name when it’s time to meet Father Christmas in his cosy cave for a private visit, complete with a special gift for the children exclusive to 2024.

As you journey back above ground, they can warm up with one of the luxury hot chocolates and enjoy other seasonal treats in the café, all while exploring a treasure trove of perfect gifts in the Christmas shop.

There is still more to enjoy, including a visit to the Beauty and the Beast photo point, where you can gather the family for a special festive photo. Then head to the Christmas Craft Workshop, bedecked in paper chains, for a creative session. You can make snow globes and snowmen or design your own festive cards to take home.
