A wondrous journey awaits visitors, but before they can embark on their enchanted adventure, they must gain special access to the North Pole! Thankfully, the expert Elves in Passport Control will ensure that all papers are in order and send them on their way.

The first stop is the Elf Academy, where guests have a once-in-a-lifetime chance to be inducted as honorary Elves. Here, they can learn spells that could earn them a spot on Father Christmas’s team—if those mischievous Elves can remember the incantations, that is!

As they continue, a chill fills the air—could snow be on the way? Guests will discover the answer in the Snow Show, packed with a flurry of surprises.

Soon, the delightful smell of treats wafts through the air, leading them to Mother Christmas’s kitchen. It’s anyone’s guess what delicious goodies she has baking today, but she’s sure to share her sweet treats to keep everyone fueled for the rest of the adventure.

Next, guests should sit tight and listen carefully for their names. It’s time to check the Naughty and Nice list at the Grotto. When their names are called, they will have the chance to meet Father Christmas himself, ensuring he received their letters and is ready for the big day.

The magic continues with a visit to The Teddy Bear Market, where guests can choose and create their very own furry friend to take home.

Before heading back to the farm, no visit to the North Pole would be complete without a stop at the Elf Emporium, where they can exchange their Magical Snowy (Elf money) for a special gift.

Once safely back on the farm, there’s still plenty to enjoy, including festive rides, meeting the animals, indulging in treats from the special Yuletide menu, and even trying their hand at ice skating!

Event Information
This magical experience lasts up to two and a half hours and is designed for the whole family, featuring various magical elements and activities. Children under one year are free as observers, while all children aged one and over pay the full price. The all-inclusive price covers all activities with a guided tour. This is not an adult-only experience. Access to the festive fun fair and all rides is included in the booking price.
