Upon check-in, each child receives a ticket for access to the Santa Express. The journey begins with a visit to the enhanced Elf Workshop, where Mother Christmas guides children through festive arts and crafts. This year, there’s an exciting addition—a “Seasonal Build a Bear” that each child can take home as a treasured keepsake. In the Workshop, children can also check if their name appears in the interactive Good Book, adding extra excitement to the experience.

There might even be a chance to spot Trixie Elf in the Workshop. Who knows what antics this playful elf will be up to this year?

Next, it’s on to the Winter Wonderland, filled with all the seasonal delights children love, all in a warm and dry setting. Each group has their own personal Winter Wonderland, with plenty of time and space for a full-on snowball fight. With endless photo opportunities, playful snowball throws at grown-ups, and the fun of tossing “ice cubes,” the snow-filled rooms are a highlight. The snow in these rooms is uniquely magical—it’s neither cold nor wet!

From there, the adventure continues in the Games Room. Children can try their luck knocking down the Grinch in the Bowling Alley, discover their Elf Name, or play “Play Your Cards Right” with one of the friendly elves.

The journey continues aboard Santa’s Train, taking children further into their Christmas adventure towards Father Christmas. (Note: the train is for children only, except for young children or those needing additional assistance. It is not wheelchair accessible.) Other family members can walk along the path, capturing memorable photos and videos as the train heads to the next stop.

After the train ride, children will find a special letter from Santa, written just for them (please check the FAQ for more on this year’s updated process).

Finally, a magical elevator ride awaits, whisking children up to the North Pole! Imagine their delight as the elevator seems to fly through the sky on this incredible journey.

And then, it’s time to meet the man himself—Santa—for a personalized chat. During booking, basic information is collected, with further details requested closer to your visit date.
