Upon arrival, visitors are greeted by friendly guides and welcomed into Father Christmas’ grotto, where children can enjoy toys and games.

Each family is then called in turn to meet Father Christmas himself, who checks his list and gives each child a magical coin. Children are invited to hand-deliver their letters, with time for a special photo moment that guides are happy to assist with.

After meeting Father Christmas, families can head to the Elves’ Toyshop, where children can use their coin to select a gift before returning to explore the rest of the park’s festive experiences.

Special sessions are available on Wednesdays for those with sensory needs, along with Thursday storytelling sessions for babies and toddlers with Father Christmas.
