The swimming and paddling pools are heated to a cosy 27°C, and there is plenty of seating for parents to relax while their kids play safely in the fully enclosed pool area. The shop also sells pool toys, swimwear, and goggles. However, adults must supervise children under 15, and pets are prohibited in the pool area.

For families interested in fishing, Callow Top is the perfect destination. The mature lake has an ecologically balanced mixed coarse fishery, where anglers can catch Rudd, Roach, Tench, Perch, Crucian, and Mirror Carp.

It boasts a contemporary kitchen with a breakfast bar overlooking the village green, a spacious living room with comfortable leather sofas, and a log-effect fire.
