Moreover, Balbinny is conveniently located near many popular attractions, such as play barns, zoos, high ropes, steam trains, a dinosaur park, a wildlife centre, and swimming pools.

The barns are equipped with fully functional kitchens, ensuring that guests have all the necessary appliances to prepare meals for their families. Additionally, each barn features a private garden furnished with garden furniture and a BBQ, making it an ideal spot to unwind and enjoy an early evening glass of wine while indulging in some garden games. Guests who prefer to stay in can arrange for a chef to cook for them. Alternatively, they can choose from delicious pre-cooked meals delivered to their barn.

All six luxury self-catering barns at North Barsham feature stylish decoration with colourful and contemporary accents while maintaining a cosy country charm. They offer crisp, luxurious bed linen, well-equipped kitchens, T.V.s with DVD players, and CD systems. The Great East Barn is the largest and can accommodate up to 14 guests. It can be booked with Long Meadow, which sleeps eight, to accommodate large family get-togethers of up to 22 guests. Grey’s Court sleeps ten, High Barsham sleeps 12, and Little Barsham sleeps four.

The barns at North Barsham share a spa room that can be booked for exclusive access to the luxurious jacuzzi pool or steam room. Additionally, two game rooms are available, one with table tennis and darts, and the other with table football. Renowned designer Flora Soames oversaw the barns’ chic and supremely comfortable interiors. They offer an elegant rural bolthole surrounded by a magical backdrop of wildflower meadows and sweeping golden fields.

Barsham Barns is only five miles away from the unspoiled Norfolk coast. Wells-next-the-Sea is a fantastic beach destination with beach huts and lagoons, perfect for children to build sandcastles and play hide and seek in the dunes. The sophisticated town of Burnham Market offers fashion, interiors, and restaurants. Brancaster is perfect for learning to sail and windsurf, while Blakeney Point is a great place to take a boat trip to see seals. You can spend your day on the beach at Wells-Next-The-Sea, Brancaster, Cley, or Holkham, which became famous after featuring in the film Shakespeare in Love. Additionally, you can go on a boat trip to spot seals from Morston, walk around Holkham’s protected reserve, or explore the sleepy, flint-built coastal villages of Cley and Walsingham by bike.
