Recent additions like the Cable Car system, the “Heath and Heaven” and “Fossil Factory” displays, and the illuminated Great Masson Cavern have only added to the excitement. Families can also step back in time with John the Miner’s stories, delving into the life of a 17th-century lead miner in the Great Rutland Cavern.

But the fun doesn’t stop there! After a thrilling cable car ride, families can embark on guided tours of the underground caverns led by experts. Discover the secrets of the caves’ formation millions of years ago and explore Tinker’s Shaft for stunning views of the Derbyshire Dales.

And if you’re looking to unwind, the Tavern is the place to be, where you can sip on beer or wine in our charming beer garden.

At the Vista Restaurant, guests can dine on the balcony, garden terrace, or inside, all while being served by friendly staff. Their menu includes a variety of starters, mains, desserts, and daily specials, catering to every taste.

The Terrace Café is the perfect spot to grab a coffee, a picnic snack, or a light lunch with friends. Relax under the covered terrace and take in the stunning views.
