Choose from two amazing properties at Peradon Farm in Devon. The Grange can comfortably host up to 10 guests, and The Deer Den can accommodate up to 8 guests. The Grange boasts a fantastic covered pool for your own exclusive use, while The Deer Den features a cosy wood-fired hot tub perfect for soaking under the stars. There’s also a downstairs bedroom in The Deer Den that’s perfect for those with limited mobility. You’ll be thrilled with the wide range of amenities in both properties, including fresh towels, crisp bed sheets, TV, wireless internet, washing machine, cookware, sound system, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and more.

Activities

The properties are set on a working farm that offers a plethora of activities for families to enjoy. Farm tours can be booked upon request, and children can even feed the chickens. The Grange boasts a covered pool, complete with pool floats that are available for use. Additionally, a travel cot and highchair can be provided upon request.

Food

The properties are self-catering and are equipped with well-appointed kitchens and dining areas. High chairs are also available on request. If you fancy a night off cooking, the Blacksmiths Arms pub, which is listed as one of the world’s best restaurants, is just a 15-minute walk away in the village of Plymtree. Additionally, there are numerous family-friendly restaurants in the nearby towns of Cullompton and Honiton, which can be reached within a 15 to 20-minute drive from the properties.

Accommodation

The Grange is able to accommodate up to 10 people, with beds that can be configured according to your preferences before you arrive. Each of the five bedrooms can either be a super king or two singles. The property comes with luxurious white bedding and fluffy towels as standard.

The Deer Den can sleep up to 8 people, with beds that can also be configured to meet your needs before your stay. Each of the four bedrooms can either be a super king or two singles. The downstairs bedroom at The Deer Den is especially designed for those who might have mobility issues, so it must be kept as a double bed. Just like The Grange, The Deer Den also provides luxurious white bedding and fluffy towels.

Located in the stunning countryside of East Devon, there are a plethora of activities to enjoy in the local area. You can explore the National Trust properties such as Killerton (which is only a 15-minute drive away) or Knightshayes (a 25-minute drive away). If you’re looking for picturesque Devonshire beaches, then Exmouth, Sidmouth, Beer, Lyme Regis and Seaton are all just a short drive away. There are also plenty of family-friendly attractions nearby including Wildwood Devon, Ashclyft Forest, and The Bear Trail, all of which can be reached within 5-10 minutes.
