Preston Park is the largest urban park in Brighton and boasts one of the most impressive adventure playgrounds in the city. The park offers a range of family-friendly facilities, including four football pitches, two cricket fields, three traditional bowling greens, eight full-size tennis courts, a softball pitch, and a 500m velodrome.

Apart from these facilities, there are also two cafes, modern public toilets, and nearby health walks. During the summer, the park hosts concerts, circuses, fairs, family days, and other events that are worth keeping an eye out for.

For those who prefer a more relaxed pace, seek out the secret walled rose gardens and a rockery area tucked away to the West of the park.
