Christmas at Beamish Museum, County Durham

Christmas Evenings: On the 1st, 7th, 8th, 14th, and 15th December, the museum will come alive with traditional Christmas celebrations. Visitors can explore exhibits from the Georgian period to the 1950s, enjoy live musical entertainment, and participate in festive crafts. Mrs. Claus will welcome guests, and there will be opportunities to visit Father Christmas in his cosy grotto (an extra charge applies)

Daytime Festivities: Throughout the day from 25th November to 24th December, visitors can enjoy a charming atmosphere with seasonal decorations, festive treats, and themed activities​

Families can look forward to live performances, festive crafts, and delicious refreshments as they wander through the museum’s enchanting streets, making this a memorable outing for the holiday season.
