The town’s streets and buildings will be filled with traditional decorations, and festive music from a band and choir will ring out through the air. Visitors are able to peruse the wares in the town’s stores and learn about Christmas past from our costumed demonstrators.

See the shire horses or enjoy live entertainment including a Punch & Judy show.

Last-minute shoppers will be able to take advantage of the Christmas Emporium to buy unique gifts including delicious foods and local-made crafts. The perfect stocking-fillers!

There are plenty of options when it’s time for a break, including delicious Christmas menus for lunch in our cosy cafes or traditional fish and chips (cooked in beef dripping!) from the town’s fryer.
