Santa will be visiting the zoo on various dates throughout the festive season, so make sure to book your visit to see him in his grotto! Each child ticket booked includes a gift from Santa and zoo entry at a reduced price for the day of their grotto visit.

Mrs. Claus will also spread festive joy by hosting storytelling sessions at different times throughout the day.

Adults can enjoy live music every weekend, sip mulled cider, and indulge in mince pies from our restaurant, all while soaking up the festive atmosphere.

In addition, there will be family-friendly activities on-site to enhance the fun. You can decorate a bauble for our Christmas tree, create Christmas-themed enrichment for our animals, and make eco-friendly reindeer food to take home and sprinkle in your garden on Christmas Eve.

On select dates, Scarlett Photography will be on-site to capture your visit to Santa’s grotto. They will offer printed photos in a personalized Paignton Zoo frame for you to purchase as a keepsake of your Christmas visit.
