Santa’s cheeky elves eagerly await guests for a magical group experience filled with festive fun, typically lasting 90 minutes.

During the Santa Claus Experience Tour, visitors will be dazzled by the elves’ enchanting show, showcasing all the festive magic from the North Pole. Laughter is sure to abound as the mischievous elves perform their cheeky pranks and tricks.

The helpful, albeit playful, elves will guide everyone to Mrs. Claus’s magical kitchen, where she will warmly welcome guests. Inside, she will impress with her captivating kitchen show, after which participants will have the chance to decorate their very own gingerbread person to take home—or enjoy right away!

As a group, attendees will meet Santa Claus in his grotto, where he will ensure everyone is on the nice list while his elves keep an eye out for those on the naughty list. There will also be opportunities for memorable photos and festive treats for the children.

Before leaving, guests must visit the enchanting Teddy Bear Market, where children can select their favorite cuddly friend. They will bring their new companion to life by placing a wishing heart inside and adding cuddle filling. After giving their new friend a big hug, they can take it home to be their forever companion.
