An immersive magical Christmas journey awaits visitors at West Lodge Farm! The Christmas Experience offers a festive adventure for the whole family, and the team is excited to welcome everyone.

Upon arrival, guests will collect their Christmas Passport and let the magic begin! Each visitor will also receive a pair of magical 3D glasses, which they can take home to continue the enchantment after leaving.

The adventure starts with a warm greeting from Santa’s Head Elf, followed by a visit to Rudolph’s Reindeer Station, where guests can create the perfect pouch of reindeer food for Christmas Eve. A stroll through the Christmas Wood leads to the Elves’ Village along the way.

Next, participants will be guided to the Entertaining Elf School, where one of Santa’s Elves will teach them how to be the perfect Christmas Elf. Upon graduating, they’ll receive their very own Elf Hat!

After that, visitors will head to the Elves’ Post Office, where they can write a letter to Santa and post it in the special North Pole Post Box.

The highlight of the experience is a visit with Santa in his enchanting grotto, where he will mention each child by name and share magical insights about Christmas, including a special secret known only to Santa! (More details will be provided at checkout.)

Next is the Elves’ Toy Shop, where children can choose their Christmas gift while adults enjoy a cup of mulled wine (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options available). Guests can also choose a free digital photograph (one photo per booking), with additional Christmas photo blocks and souvenirs available for purchase.

The experience lasts around one hour, after which guests can enjoy the rest of the farm. The time selected is for entry into the Christmas Experience, not the arrival time at the farm. It’s recommended to arrive at least half an hour before the scheduled slot, but guests are welcome to arrive earlier—between 9:30 AM and 6 PM!
