The Alton Towers water park is in the Alton Towers Splash Landings Hotel. You don’t need to be a hotel guest to enjoy the water park’s fantastic features, including thrilling slides, an outdoor heated lagoon, a wacky waterworks treehouse, and swimming pools for both young and old. Whether you’re a family with kids or a group of friends, there’s something for everyone to enjoy at this fantastic water park.

Things to do

Dive into the Alton Towers Waterpark, where they’ve got all the fantastic water features that any family will love! Get ready for interactive fun at the Wacky Waterworks Treehouse, where the water features are as wild as they come! Pulling ropes, shooting water cannons, and spinning water wheels mean the splashing fun will go on for hours.

Check out rides like the Master Blaster, which twists and turns you around the park at breath-taking speeds. Hit the Flash Floods Flume Ride for a heart-pounding outdoor experience that splashes you into a tropical lagoon. Slip and slide down Rush n rampage, where you can personalise your experience with lights and music.

Watch out for the crazy cannons and tipping buckets – those buckets fill up with gallons! Take an epic spin on the water coaster, or challenge your siblings to a race down the water slide. Have you had enough indoor fun? Head outdoors to the heated pool and swim under the open skies! This Waterpark is a must-visit for all families.

The Alton Towers Waterpark cater to every age and confidence level. Toddlers can have lots of colourful fun in the Little Leak pool. Confident swimmers can grab a rubber ring and chill in Calypso Creek. Or have a family relax outdoors in the steamy, bubbly waters of the bubbly pool.

Individual and family changing rooms are available, as well as lockers, which require a refunded 20 pence coin. A small amount of free buoyance aids are also available for use at the poolside.

Food & Drink

Hungry after all the water fun? Head straight to the Adventurer’s Cave, conveniently located in the heart of the Waterpark. No need to change your swim gear – snacks and refreshments await! Dive into delicious hot food, from jacket potatoes to burgers and hot dogs. Or head to the ice cream shack and treat yourself to a sundae with your choice of toppings. Kids get their treat with a selection of kids’ meal deals, complete with fruit.

Please note that you must leave your picnic at home because bringing your food and drinks to the Waterpark is a no-go. Let the Adventurer’s Cave handle the munchies while you soak up the fun!
