The small zoo is ideal for families seeking a fun day out. The zoo takes pride in being child-friendly, and everyone is believed to enjoy the animals. However, the zoo is primarily aimed at families with children under 12.

Things to do

The Wildlife Park is a charming and welcoming farm that houses animals of all sizes, such as flamingos, zebras, meerkats, tortoises, pygmy goats, and more. You can participate in fantastic animal interaction sessions, including handling snakes, tarantulas, or cockroaches and feeding birds by hand. The park has play areas for children, lovely shaded spots for picnics, a cafe, a shop, and other amenities.

Although smaller than a typical zoo, you can get up close and personal with the animals. The park still offers a great variety of animals and is less crowded. It is particularly suitable for children under the age of twelve.

Food & Drink

Ringo’s Rest Cafe offers various culinary delights, including fresh sandwiches, savoury snacks, Chicago town pizzas, a children’s lunch box selection, ice creams, and various homemade cakes.

You are welcome to bring your picnic and eat at the park. You can use several areas with picnic tables, including a covered picnic barn.
