Overview

Dairyland is a delightful farm park that’s perfect for families. Visitors can enjoy feeding the park’s friendly lambs, goats, and ducks. They can also meet the newest residents – the meerkats!

If you want to take a break, there’s a beautiful trail that winds around the park’s lakes and the surrounding woodland. In addition, the park has plenty of outdoor play equipment, including an exciting assault course called Scrambled Legs, trampolines, and two brand-new zip wires – the Flying Foxes – that promise to be a thrilling experience for everyone.

Things to do

The park offers a wide range of activities suitable for all ages. Visitors can enjoy the indoor soft play area with super-fast slides, a brilliant ball pit, and colourful jump zones, regardless of outside weather conditions. The park also houses the Cornish Life Museum, which takes visitors back in time, offering a glimpse into the farming and local life of the area.

For those who love animals, the park has a Hay Barn where they can get up close and personal with baby animals such as pigs, ponies, goats, sheep, lambs, calves, and more. Visitors can also participate in bottle feeding some of the baby animals. The Pat-a-Pet activity allows visitors to interact with rabbits and guinea pigs under the guidance of a trained team.

Thrill-seekers can try the two 30m Flying Fox zip wires, which are fast, fun and exciting. The park also has four 3m in-ground trampolines and a purpose-built sandpit with dual-control diggers. The Digger Zone is perfect for those who want to test their hand-to-eye coordination.

Visitors can take a break from all the activities and explore the park’s wildlife trail, which offers a peaceful environment to spot various wildlife species. The park also offers a tractor trailer hay ride, which provides a different perspective of the nature trail and the pond.

The park has a Pony Ride activity where visitors can take a quiet amble on one of the ponies. Each pony has its own handler to accompany the little ones during their ride. The seated trailer pulled by a Lamborghini is a unique experience visitors can enjoy by hopping on and off at different locations.

The Ark Play Zone is an exciting place for kids to run around and play while enjoying fresh Cornish air. The Farm Yard houses various animals, including sheep with their lambs, alpacas, llamas, and more. Visitors can also watch how the cows are brought in for the parlour demonstration.

Food & Drink

The menu has recently been updated with various fresh and tasty food options. It offers lunch, afternoon teas, and snacks using locally sourced produce. The Farmhouse Kitchen provides both indoor and outdoor seating areas.

Additionally, the Pizza Shack serves delicious, hot, and freshly made-to-order pizza. Lastly, while you relax at the Barton Yard Bar, you can watch your kids play and enjoy a cold beverage.

Note that admission to the park is not required to enjoy the food.
