Overview

Farmer Ted’s Adventure Farm has collaborated with Aardman, the creators of popular animations like Shaun the Sheep and Wallace & Gromit, to bring you the Shaun the Sheep Adventure! You can explore both indoor and outdoor play areas, get lost in a maze, and interact with a variety of adorable farm animals. There’s something for everyone at Farmer Ted’s Adventure Farm!

Things to do

Farmer Ted’s Adventure Farm is an amazing place to spend a day out with your family, no matter what the weather is like. There are plenty of activities to enjoy, such as meeting and petting the guinea pigs in Guinea Pig Village. If you’re considering getting your own guinea pig, the staff are available to provide you with all the information you need to take good care of your new pet. You can also groom a Shetland pony and take a picture with a llama.

For those who prefer less fluffy animals, there are bearded dragons, snakes, and cockroaches to see. You can also take a guess at the fastest ferret and watch the birds of prey demonstration.

If you’re looking for indoor activities, Farmer Ted’s has an indoor play area that will keep you and your family entertained for hours. And for outdoor fun, there are crazy climbing frames, rope bridges, swings, pedal tractors, a huge undercover sandpit, and lots of open spaces for your kids to run around.

Don’t forget to explore the huge wooden maze, with lots of different routes, thanks to the twelve hidden doors which are changed around every two to three months. You can also visit the brand-new Education Shed, which features videos, activities, and wall-mounted presentations about life on a farm.

Finally, children of all ages can learn about glorious birds, from the humble Kestrel to the mighty Bengal Eagle Owl, and explore the mini-beast centre, where you can find a variety of exciting and exotic animals not usually found on a farm.

Food & Drink

The Adventure Farm features a restaurant offering a variety of hot and cold food options as well as a selection of refreshments. Additionally, during peak hours, there are food kiosks available, providing a range of grab-and-go food and drink options. If you prefer to bring your own food, feel free to pack a picnic and enjoy it in one of the many seating areas or grassy spots available.
