Knockhatch Adventure Park offers an exciting day out for the whole family. With rides, animals, the most epic castle playground, a splash park and much more, it is a full day of fun! With indoor and outdoor activities, the park can be enjoyed all year round, meaning the fun doesn’t have to stop.
Knockhatch Adventure Park is the perfect place for a family day out, come rain or shine! Located in East Sussex, Knockhatch offers the whole family a full day of amazing adventures!
Visitors to Knockhatch can enjoy various rides, including water slides, rowing boats, and a paddling pool. There are also amazingly, huge playgrounds and climbing walls for kids, family rides include the Honeypot Bears, Dino Drop and Dino Safari, as well as extra activities like go-karts, bungee trampolines, mini quads and mini diggers.
Animal lovers can observe farm animals like llamas and pygmy goats, The park also boasts a Jungle Kingdom area where visitors can learn about different ecosystems and see animals like coatis as well as meerkats, and lemurs. And macaws. Daily owl displays are a highlight. For a truly unique experience, book a Meerkats. Owl or Farm Keeper experience: these are great gift ideas!
For families, there are indoor play areas like the Lost World Playbarn, with its roar-some, animatronic residents and epic slides and Froggies Indoor Soft Play, along with picnic areas and food outlets. The Sherlock Holmes Experience opened in 2022 and lets visitors solve a mystery in a Victorian London setting.
And there is lots more on its way for 2024. The Magical Wood Playbarn – will open in late April 2024. Designed for children under 12, this all-weather play barn features slides, bridges, a vast magical tree and an immersive video wall.
Jungle Splash – Waterfall, fountains and water arches are fun in this all-natural, outdoor splash park. The Flumes and slides will be opening in mid-2024. Don’t forget your swimmers and a towel!
Jungle Kingdom Lemur Enclosures – Knockhatch is preparing for a new nose-to-nose lemur enclosure. Opening late 2024

Head to the Hungry Toad with a menu of options like pizza, sausages and chips, Jacket potatoes, toasties, sandwiches and salads. It has kids’ pic-n-mix lunchboxes as well as sweet treats and drinks. It also has its costa for hot drinks for the parents while the kids run around in the soft play.
Head to the Burger Bar for burgers of every kind and size.
If you fancy a ‘dino dog’ or an ice cream, the dino kiosk is the place to head.
The waffle house lets you treat the family to a hot waffle with toppings! Or choose one of the many yummy ice cream flavours.
The jumping pillow kiosk is where to head if you have a doughnut craving or need whippy ice cream.
Picnics are welcome at Knockhatch, and visitors can use the picnic benches in the designated picnic areas.
