Overview

Lands End is a popular destination at the very end of Britain, famous in myths and movies. While most visitors come here to take photos with the iconic Lands End sign, several fun family attractions make it an excellent place for a day out. These include a 4D cinema experience and meeting adorable farmyard animals.

Things to do

Get ready for a fun-filled family day out! Immerse yourself in the ‘Aardman Presents: A Grand Experience’ attraction, where you can explore the fantastical world of Wallace and Gromit, including a rocket ride to the moon. Brace yourself for the 4D cinema experience, Jolly Roger, where you’ll survive a shipwreck and explore an uncharted island with a crew of scallywag pirates.

Play 15 holes of indoor adventure golf, uncovering lost treasures of the ocean while you try to get that crucial hole-in-one! Alternatively, take a family photo next to the iconic Lands End sign. Professional photographers are available to provide a personalised photo with the sign at certain times.

Situated where the land meets the sea, this iconic location offers stunning coastal views and breathtaking sunsets. However, kids need more patience for views. Instead, take them to Greeb Farm, where they can meet miniature ponies, pigs, and a host of other adorable creatures, perfect for little adventurers!

Remember to stop by the gift shops and pick up a Lands End souvenir, or visit the craft workers and try your hand at pottery.

Food & Drink

Head over to Land’s End restaurant and bar to relish the breathtaking views across the sea while enjoying your meal. You can start with a hot drink, a traditional Cornish breakfast, or a homemade cream tea. They also offer a full menu for lunchtime and evening meals, making it an ideal spot for a sit-down dinner.

If you’re looking for one of the most legendary inns in Britain, visit the First & Last Inn. This place has been a haven for smugglers and shipwreckers since the 17th century. Nowadays, they serve pizzas, burgers, and locally sourced fish. Also, you can sit in their beer garden and enjoy a drink in the sunshine.

The Cornish Pantry is a self-service restaurant that is perfect for families. They offer a vast selection of hot and cold meals and refreshments, from homemade lasagne to sausage and chips, making it an ideal place for everyone. Keep an eye out for family meal deals available throughout the season.

Finally, you will find plenty of kiosks that offer drinks, ice creams, and sweet treats.
