Overview

At Noah’s Ark Zoo Farm in Bristol, visitors can enjoy meeting over 100 different species of animals, including popular ones such as lions, bears, elephants, and giraffes. Add to that 15 adventure play areas, an indoor animal village, and the largest hedge maze in the UK, and there really is something for everyone to enjoy here.

Things to do

The zoo is home to some of the world’s most amazing creatures. Visitors can come face to face with a cheeky mob of meerkats, be awed by African elephants, and dazzled by the zebra herd at Noah’s Ark. Guests can also experience the majestic beauty of birds of prey during daily displays and witness the unforgettably mesmerizing spectacle of the Wings of Wonder display, which showcases owls, hawks, falcons, and eagles.

In addition to the animal exhibits, there are ten play areas across its 100-acre site, ensuring the fun never stops. The indoor play barns are perfect for kids of all ages and feature soft play areas for children under five, as well as a giant rainbow slide. Accessible play equipment, including nest swings and a wheelchair-accessible roundabout, is also available. For visitors looking for adventure, the zoo offers Britain’s longest hedge maze, with 3.4km of paths and a wooden nest tower at the centre. So, come rain or shine, the whole family will have a great time.

Food & Drink

There are a variety of delicious hot and cold food and drink options available in the Food Barn, as well as convenient snack kiosks located throughout the zoo. There are vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options available for those with dietary restrictions. Visitors are also welcome to bring their own lunch and enjoy it in one of the many designated picnic spots available in the zoo.
