The property itself is a 2-storey reverse-level apartment. The entrance level ground floor comprises a double bedroom, a bunk bedroom, and an en-suite shower room. One further twin bedroom is located upstairs, along with a larger bathroom with a walk-in shower and a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, slimline dishwasher, microwave, and Nespresso coffee machine (an initial supply of Nespresso coffee capsules is included!). There is also an on-site launderette for washing facilities.

The living room features two comfortable sofas, perfect for lounging, playing board games, or watching a film on the Smart TV. Meanwhile, the dining table comfortably seats six. Opposite the entrance door, there are steps leading up to a communal viewing platform that offers stunning views overlooking Porthmeor Beach.
