Activities

Guests at Court Farm Holidays in North Cornwall can swim in the indoor swimming pool, which is open all year round. The pool, located at the heart of the Court Farm complex, is heated to approximately 30°C and features Roman steps, changing cubicles, shower and toilet facilities, sun terrace, and security systems for children’s safety. Children can have fun with selections of inflatable toys, floats, and noodles. The glass enclosure around the pool can be slid back on warmer days to soak up the Cornish sunshine.

For energetic families who like a bit of competition, head to the all-weather surface tennis court. The outdoor enclosure y enclosed with an outdoor trail, swings, slides, a climbing frame, and a 14-foot trampoline with a safety net enclosure for the little ones. Kids can also use the selection of bikes, trikes, and push-alongs on the tennis court.

Guests can visit the on-site animals at any time during their stay or attend the regular feeding times during school holidays.

The indoor games room features a soft-play area for younger kids, a pool table for older kids, local information, and a complimentary DVD library. It’s perfect for rainy days or when the kids need to blow off some steam.

Before bed, the open fire area in the left-hand corner of the field past the pond is set up with log benches and is the ideal spot for roasting marshmallows.

Food

Their properties feature well-equipped kitchens with a dishwasher and washing machine. They also provide special plates and cutlery for little ones. If guests don’t feel like cooking, they can pre-order delicious food from their catering service delivered right to their door.

The Bullers Arms, a traditional village pub, is conveniently located across the road from their properties. Alternatively, guests can take a short walk to the Weir, which offers locally produced food in a wonderful lakeside location.

Their main holiday complex is located in the charming village of Marhamchurch, where guests can choose from self-catering lodgings, including traditional cottages, converted barns, contemporary houses with hot tubs, and the beautiful Court Farmhouse.

Their working farm, Northcott, is situated around 4.5 miles from the Marhamchurch site and features three stunning properties, each with its unique charm. From the cosy Cabin to the spectacular Northcott Farmhouse, these houses are often booked together to accommodate large groups.

Dolphins, their beach retreat, is just a 5-minute walk from the breathtaking Widemouth Bay in Bude. Guests staying at Dolphins are welcome to use any facilities at the Court Farm site, just a 5-minute drive away.

Their Courtyard Barns are a showcase of their signature upcycled interior design, featuring traditional charm with a modern touch. They offer a range of barns, including Stables Barn, a characterful three-story converted barn, and Shippen Barn, a welcoming two-bedroom converted courtyard barn. Their Cornish Cottages are full of rustic charm, with gardens and wood burners to keep guests cosy. They have a range of cottages to choose from, including Fuchsia Cottage, a traditional Cornish cottage with a private enclosed garden and hot tub, and Lilac Cottage, a secluded haven of tranquillity. They also have a range of other lodgings, including Sycamore House, a modern country house with a stylish interior and hot tub, and Northcott Farmhouse, a substantial period farmhouse ideal for group gatherings and celebrations. Dolphins is a beachy dream located in Widemouth Bay, where guests can walk to the beach in under 5 minutes and to the local pubs and shops in under 10 minutes!
