Activities

Gulliver’s Land Theme Park is especially for children aged two to 13, offering over 70 rides, attractions and shows. It has multiple themed areas, ranging from the JCB zone to Adventure Land. Visitors can ride on the Runaway Train, look for wild animals on the Jungle River Ride, or jump on the Toy Town Express or the Drop Tower. Located just a short five-minute walk from the Adventurers Village, if you book a stay-and-play package, entry tickets are included for your stay.

If you’re staying at Adventurers Village, you’ll be pleased to know that Gulliver’s Dinosaur and Farm Park is located just nearby. Booking a stay-and-play package will also grant you entry tickets for the duration of your stay. The park is an exciting destination for dinosaur enthusiasts, with over 30 life-sized animatronic dinosaurs that visitors can explore on foot. Keep an ear out for the roar of the infamous T-Rex in the distance! For those who wish to discover more about these fearsome fossils, the park also offers a Jurassic River Ride as an added attraction.

Gullivers Meadow Campsite has its own outdoor playground featuring a huge climbing structure and slide. Additionally, there are plenty of grassy areas for ball games. In the adjoining Adventurers Village, you will find numerous playgrounds full of climbing frames, slides, and swings that you are free to explore. By the Dino Dens, you can visit the Dino Cage, which is perfect for taking photos. The Dino Dig is also a must-visit for children, as they can dig through the sand and discover covered dino bones. You can even spot fairies through the willow tunnel or jump in the ball pits.

To keep you entertained in the evenings, various activities are provided, such as kids’ clubs, discos, or bingo. The night ends with marshmallow toasting by the fire pit, so make sure to bring a packet of marshmallows. Don’t worry about the sticks – they will be provided.

Food

Adventurers Village is equipped with its own on-site restaurant called Raptor Restaurant. Here, guests can relish their burgers or fish and chips, along with a choice of kids’ meals, while enjoying evening entertainment. The restaurant offers a range of hot and cold drinks, including alcoholic beverages.

When the theme park and dinosaur park are open, guests can grab various meals, such as pizza, hot dogs, sandwiches, ice creams, and more.

Accommodation

Gulliver’s Meadow campsite offers four types of pitches. The Electric Hardstanding Pitch Standard is a spacious pitch with an electrical hook-up, which can accommodate a single-axle caravan, motorhome, campervan or trailer tent. The maximum pitch size is 7m x 8m (23ft x 26.2ft), and up to 8 persons are allowed per pitch.

The Tipi Tent Standard Pitch is a pre-erected tipi tent that can sleep up to four people. It comes with a double mattress and two singles, and bed linen is included.

The Grass Pitch Standard is a pitch without electricity, which can accommodate one tent with a maximum of eight persons. The maximum pitch size is 5m x 5m (16.4ft x 16.4ft).

The Grass Pitch Plus Standard is a pitch with an electrical hook-up, which can accommodate one tent with a maximum of eight persons. The maximum pitch size is 5m x 5m (16.4ft x 16.4ft).

With so much on-site, you may not have time to explore further. But if you do want to head out, you can walk over to Willen Lake from the accommodation, where you’ll find a great outdoor playground and lake with pedalos for hire.
