Overview

This tranquil country farmhouse is a roomy and charming property, ideal for large families who want to escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Located away from the rest of our touring and camping park, you can still enjoy all of the park’s amenities.

Activities

At Mena Farm, there are many activities available for everyone to enjoy. The games barn is the perfect place for older children to have fun and be entertained. You can challenge each other to a game of pool, ping-pong, or air hockey or simply relax in the TV lounge. The vast collection of books and games will keep you occupied for hours on end.

Outside, there’s a play area where you can be a kid again. You can shoot some hoops, swing on the swings, slide down the slide, and climb up the fort. Don’t forget to visit the chickens and pet the on-site pigs for some extra fun.

The farm has 15 acres of meadows, ponds, and woodlands for you and your family to explore. Get ready to embark on an unforgettable adventure and create memories that will last a lifetime.

For those who love fishing, the large, well-stocked fish pond is the perfect spot to catch some tiddlers.

Food

On the Mena Farm site, there is a well-stocked shop that offers a wide range of food essentials, wine, and local beers. Fresh produce is also available during the summer months. In addition, various local pop-up food and drink stalls offer even more delicious treats.

Every Tuesday throughout the summer holidays, the farm hosts a weekly pizza night. Moreover, Dotty the Caravan Bar serves freshly made cocktails, chilli or curry bowls, followed by waffles. You can find Dotty at Mena every Saturday throughout the summer and on Thursdays during school summer holidays.

Dub Cafe is available from Friday to Monday mornings during the summer. They make lovely hot drinks and serve fresh pastries from the barista van.

Mena Farm has partnered with the award-winning Welcome Stranger Fish and Chip Restaurant in Lanivet to offer year-round delivery of fish and chips on Mondays and Fridays.

And if that’s not enough, there’s also an award-winning pub right on the doorstep. Lanivet Inn offers great food and surroundings. They’re very busy all year round, so booking ahead is always essential. The Lanivet Inn now also offers a takeaway service. Just ask at reception for their menu and give them a call! They’ve also added a huge outdoor stretch tent with plenty of seating and gas heaters for when it’s chilly.

It’s also an easy drive to the 12th-century Crown Inn in Lanlivery for a traditional country pub and large beer garden. All these pubs welcome dogs, although they may restrict access to dining areas.
