Sea Shells is a luxury sea facing open plan garden apartment within a small complex of apartments located on the seaward side of Carbis Bay.
There is gated access into the development, and in addition to a secure, fully enclosed, rear terrace there is also a sea facing private patio leading onto communal gardens – ideal for little ones to play.
The apartment has been furnished and equipped to the highest standards and is suitable for children of all ages.
Plenty of books, games, DVDs and beach equipment for all ages to enjoy.
Sea Shells is a ground floor sea facing garden apartment boasting lovely sea views through large patio windows.
The open plan living accommodation is home to two comfy sofas, a desinger Calligaris media unit housing a large flat screen TV, DVD player and PS4, whilst the matching sideboard is full of books, games and puzzles and is also home to a PURE stereo system.
There is a table and four chairs and the dining area leads into the well stocked designer ROK punt kitchen, the open plan layout is perfect for keeping an eye on the little ones whilst you prepare their favourite snacks or a family meal.
The kitchen boasts an abundance of quality Denby crockery and cutlery and there is plenty of cooking equipment and utensils, as well as lots of plastics for our younger guests. There’s a blender for preparing baby meals, and a crock pot so that you can ensure a family meal is ready and waiting for you after long days at the beach or exploring the delights of West Cornwall.
The master bedroom boasts a king size bed, there’s a flat screen TV, hairdryer, radio, lots of storage and plenty of soft white towels and the bedroom leads into a lovely fully tiled ensuite shower room with a wonderful drench shower.
The second bedroom can be made up with either one super king bed or two single beds, and also has a flat screen TV, radio and hairdryer, plenty of storage and towels and the good sized family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower.
We can provide a travel cot and highchair if required, although we do ask guests to bring their own cot bedding.
To the rear of the property is a fully enclosed rear terrace with a table and four chairs, as well as sun loungers, and the the lounge opens out onto a private sea facing patio area also with a table and four chairs leading onto well stocked communal gardens.
There is gated access to the complex for added security, and there is one allocated private parking space.
The apartment also benefits from fibre wifi throughout the apartment, as well as sumptuous under floor heating.

Carbis Bay is a beautiful, peaceful location with a good, safe family beach, generally with gentle waves and crystal clear waters, the tranquil waters are great for swimming or SUP boarding and there are lifeguards on duty at peak times. There are good facilities at the beach, including toilets and eateries.
It’s not hard to see why this stunning location was chosen to host the world leaders at the 47th G7 summit, once a hidden treasure Carbis Bay hit the world stage in 2021, but it remains a wonderfully quiet and calm place with a picturesque tropical backdrop.
The St Ives Bay branch line is just a short walk from the apartment, and it’s just a three minute train journey into St Ives, this is an easy and fun way to get around – the children love it! St Ives can get really busy during peak times, so its great to be able to easily travel into the hustle and bustle of this historic fishing village whilst being able to return to the the peace and tranquility at Carbis Bay.
For those who prefer to walk, the South West coastal path is easily accessible and is a lovely walk into St Ives – make sure you keep an eye on the ocean as you go – seals are regular visitors to the bay, and dolphins and even whales can sometimes be spotted.
