Guests can enjoy a dip in the private swimming pool, maintained at a comfortable temperature of 28/29 degrees. The pool is perfect for relaxation with family or for a workout with laps. It’s important to note that the swimming pool is shared with the owners. Guests must book the pool through the provided app to guarantee exclusive use.

The treehouse has a balcony with a Weber gas BBQ, an electric hob, and a microwave. There is also a second Weber BBQ beside the bar. Furthermore, the treehouse has a dishwasher, fridge, and freezer.
The Professor’s Cottage boasts a full kitchen with all the abovementioned amenities. Additionally, it has an oven and four gas hobs.

The Cave can accommodate up to four guests with a double bed and a double sofa bed. It offers a unique and magical experience with various optical illusions and enchanting features. The accommodation includes a kitchenette, an ensuite bathroom, underfloor heating, and a real fireplace. The Cave will be available for booking starting in June 2024!

It’s a great place to stay if you want to mix your country break with some culture, history, and stunning architecture. Take a walk down the old cobbled streets, visit one of the museums, or drink at The Eagle and Child, the old haunt of CS Lewis and JRR Tolkien.
No trip to Oxford is complete without a punting trip on the Cherwell River. This timeless and idyllic pleasure lets you drift leisurely along the silky water while picnicking on the river and passing by history.
