This house is far from ordinary, as it is shaped like a giant pineapple! It was built in the 18th century and still stands tall and proud amid a beautiful walled garden. Guests can also enjoy their private garden at the back of the house. Who wouldn’t want to experience a pineapple paradise?

The National Trust for Scotland has a large walled garden that is perfect for exploring the surrounding grounds and woodland. While walking around the garden, you might be lucky to spot some wildlife around the former curling pond, including the elusive great crested newt, other palmate newts and common frogs. Please walk around the garden and head to the viewing platform to glimpse these fascinating creatures. It’s a great way to experience your little adventure in the great outdoors!

The kitchen in The Pineapple is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, like a fridge, cooker, and microwave, to cater to your needs during your stay. You do not have to worry about dining options as there are numerous places within a few miles of The Pineapple. You can choose from cafes, bars, and restaurants and find something that suits the preferences of your entire family.

Imagine this – as you walk into the house, you will find the living room and kitchen on one side, two cosy bedrooms on the other, one double and one twin, and a lovely bathroom. However, there is something unique about this house – it has a giant pineapple separating the two sides! Yes, you read that right – a pineapple! To get to the other side of the house, you must step outside and cross over the pineapple. It’s like a quirky little adventure waiting for you!

Located in the heart of Scotland, you’ll find the charming conservation village of Dunmore. It’s so close to Falkirk town that you can easily visit the Falkirk Wheel for a thrilling ride. While there, remember to explore the exhibitions and working Georgian kitchen at Callendar House!

Just a short drive away from Dunmore is the historic town of Stirling. With its impressive castle, the National Wallace Monument, and the Battle of Bannockburn site, you’ll feel you’ve travelled back in time. Wander around the medieval old town and soak up the ambience. If you’re feeling adventurous, the countryside offers plenty of walking routes.

Blair Drummond Safari Park on the city’s outskirts is a must-visit for those who want a wild adventure. Get up close and personal with exotic animals and create unforgettable memories. Dunmore and Stirling have plenty of fun activities for everyone to enjoy!
