Overview

Warcombe Farm Camping Park provides a warm and relaxing stay at a beautifully landscaped campsite that offers stunning panoramic sea views. Whether you prefer camping, motorhome, or caravanning, the site is an ideal location to explore Devon.

Activities

The location is an ideal spot for families who enjoy being close to nature. It is situated on 35 acres of picturesque grounds, with an abundance of wildlife and stunning nature trails. You can also easily access the coastal paths and relish a walk or picnic with beautiful scenery.

There is plenty to do offsite in the North Devon area. The stunning beaches with their buzzing surf scene attract many visitors. Woolacombe and Croyde Bay are surfer favourites, and regardless of whether you are a novice or an experienced surfer, there are plenty of waves to chase. If staying onshore is more your game, Warcombe Farm is situated at the edge of Exmoor National Park, where you will find many treasures, landmarks, and fascinating places to visit.

Food

When planning a camping trip, it’s important to remember to pack your kitchen gear so that you can prepare delicious meals in the great outdoors. Fortunately, the campsite provides a Calor Gas exchange service, so you don’t have to worry about running out of gas while cooking.

If you find yourself in need of additional supplies, the reception has a well-stocked shop where you can hire freezer blocks and use their microwave ovens. And if you don’t feel like cooking and would rather dine out, several nearby pubs are child and dog-friendly and offer great traditional pub grub.

Accommodation

There are 260 pitches available for camping and caravanning at the site. The pitches are spacious and mostly level, with Standard and Serviced pitches measuring around 10x8m in size, while the Super and Premium Pitches offer approximately 14x10m of space and come with additional features such as a gravel parking space, BBQ stands, a picnic table, and excellent views.

For those who prefer to stay close to the fishing or wake up to a view of the North Devon coastline, the Sea View Pitch or Lakeside Pitch would be an ideal choice. Many of the pitches are separated by fences or shrubbery to ensure that each family has their own space.

Nearby

This campsite is perfect for both adults and children who enjoy hiking. The Tarka Trail and the South West Coastal Path are both located right outside the doorstep, providing visitors with ample opportunity to explore and enjoy the great outdoors.

Exmoor National Park is just a few miles away, offering visitors a chance to discover the ancient stone clapper bridge, Tarr Steps, or play pretend in the tower and turrets of Dunster Castle. Another must-visit spot is the village of Mortehoe, where the church of St. Mary is a hidden gem with a rich history. The village museum also provides information on local history and shipwrecks.

The campsite owners highly recommend a visit to Woolacombe Beach, an award-winning beach that is perfect for both children and dogs.

Summary

Warcombe Farm Camping and Caravan Park is a friendly and welcoming campsite that prides itself on providing visitors with a memorable holiday experience. The campsite is located near the award-winning beach of Woolacombe and boasts top-quality facilities and plenty of space and privacy for visitors.
